Willow Creek’s Leadership Summit 2008 was just held, and they have several videos available.

My first watch was called “Leadership Unscripted: Reveal Insight” by Greg Hawkins.  They’ve just published a second book on how people move from seeker to Christ Follower, and guess what the number one mechanism to MOVE people to spiritual MATURITY is?  Yep.
